Privacy

The less this website knows about you, the better it is doing its job

Mental-health information is among the most sensitive information a person has. The safest way to protect it is not to ask for it, so this site is built to collect as little as possible.

What the enquiry form collects

i
A name and one way to reply
A name or preferred name, and an email address or telephone number. This is the minimum needed to answer you at all.
ii
The appointment format you are asking about
In person, remote, or undecided. This determines who can appropriately answer your enquiry.
iii
Optional practical notes
Availability, language preference or access needs. The form asks you not to include health information, and it is not designed to receive it.

What it does not collect

  • Symptoms, diagnoses or clinical history
  • Medication or treatment records
  • Insurance identifiers, policy numbers or claim documents
  • Uploaded files or documents of any kind
  • Date of birth, address or government identifiers
  • Account credentials, since there is no client portal on this site

Enquiry information is used to answer your enquiry and to arrange a first appointment where that is what you have asked for. It is seen by the people who need to see it in order to do that, and it is retained no longer than is necessary.

Once you become a client of a clinician, the handling of clinical records is governed by that clinician's professional and legal obligations in their jurisdiction, and is explained to you directly. Those records are not held on this website and are not reachable through it.

If you want an enquiry deleted, ask in your reply and it will be removed, subject to any record-keeping obligation that applies.
